Team IGA Wins PNGA Cup

Logo PNGA 2015Federal Way, Wash. - Serving as the host golf association in the 12th Annual PNGA Cup held this week at TimberStone Golf Course in Caldwell, Idaho, Team IGA ran away in today's Singles matches to seal their first victory in the history of the competition.

Team IGA took a slim half-point lead going into today's Singles matches, after earning three points in yesterday morning's Four-Ball matches and 3.5 points in yesterday afternoon's Foursomes matches. Teams WSGA and BC Golf were tied for second after Day One, at six points each, and Team OGA was one point behind the leader.

12th Annual PNGA Cup Set to Begin at TimberStone Golf Course

Logo PNGA 2015Federal Way, Wash. - The 2017 Pacific Northwest Golf Association's (PNGA) championship season kicks off this week as 48 of the top amateur golfers in the region prepare to square off in the 12th PNGA Cup, to be held May 4-5 at TimberStone Golf Course in Caldwell, Idaho.
The PNGA Cup was created in 2006 by past PNGA President Dr. Jack Lamey as a way of continuing the friendship and partnership of the region's allied associations under the PNGA umbrella - British Columbia Golf, Idaho Golf Association, Oregon Golf Association and Washington State Golf Association.

Davies Ready To Contend In Wisconsin Legends Tour Event

BOSTON, May 2, 2017 – It has been nearly 20 years since England’s Laura Davies traveled with her golf clubs to the Badger State. The big-hitting Briton tied for 11th at the 1998 U.S. Women’s Open held at Blackwolf Run in Kohler, Wis.

But Davies will return to Wisconsin later this month to compete in The Legends Tour’s Red Nose Day Walgreens Charity Championship, set for May 20-21, at Geneva National Resort in Lake Geneva, Wis.

LPGA Clinics Kick Off 27th Season In Los Angeles

BOSTON, April 19, 2017 – Kicking off its 27th season this month in Greater Los Angeles will be the LPGA Golf Clinics for Women from MetLife. The 2017 schedule includes 14 events starting April 24, at El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, Calif.

The clinic schedule features major markets in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and the metropolitan area of New York. New sites for 2017 will include Austin, Texas and Cleveland, and major sponsors this year include Fidelity Investments and KPMG.
